Círculo Deportivo de Comandante Nicanor Otamendi is a social, cultural and sports institution belonging to the town of Comandante Nicanor Otamendi of the General Alvarado party , in the interior of the Province of Buenos Aires , Argentina , whose main activity is soccer . It was founded on December 23, 1921 as Círculo Sportivo. In 1948, by government decree, it changed to its current name. 1
