About Álvaro Ortiz

Álvaro Ortiz Becerra is a Mexican professional golfer who plays on the Korn Ferry Tour. Born on 15 November 1995 in Guadalajara, Mexico, he is best known for his decorated amateur career and for being the younger brother of PGA Tour winner Carlos Ortiz. He recently achieved a major milestone by winning his first Korn Ferry Tour title at the 2026 UNC Health Championship on 31 May 2026.
