Xènia Pérez (born 28 October 2001 in Sitges) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a midfielder. She plays as a central defender and her current team is Atlético de Madrid of the Spanish Women's First Division.

Beginnings
Xènia Pérez developed in the Espanyol youth academy, which she joined in 2014. After playing with the Catalan U-12 and U-16 national teams, and being league champion with Infantil C (2014–15), with Juvenil B (2015–16), with Juvenil A (2017–18), she moved to the reserve team in 2018.

He began to enter the dynamics of the first team in the 2018-19 and 2019-20 preseasons. He made his debut at the age of 18 in the First Division on December 14, 2019 with a 0-4 defeat against F. C.
