Ingrid Syrstad Engen (born 29 April 1998) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for French Première Ligue club OL Lyonnes and the Norway national team. She previously played for Trondheims-Orn and LSK Kvinner in Norway, Wolfsburg in Germany and Barcelona in Spain before joining OL Lyonnes in 2025.
