About Gemel Smith

Gemel Smith (born April 16, 1994) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward for the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL). He has previously played with the Dallas Stars, who selected him 104th overall in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, as well as the Boston Bruins and Detroit Red Wings.
