Cavan Thomas Biggio (born April 11, 1995) is an American professional baseball utility player for the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Atlanta Braves. He made his MLB debut in 2019. Biggio is the son of former MLB player and Hall of Famer Craig Biggio.
