About David Phelps

David Edward Phelps (born October 9, 1986) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Yankees, Miami Marlins, Seattle Mariners, Chicago Cubs, Milwaukee Brewers, Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays. Phelps played college baseball at the University of Notre Dame.
