About Derrick Lewis

Derrick James Lewis (born February 7, 1985) is an American professional mixed martial artist, currently competing in the Heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. A professional competitor since 2010, Lewis has also competed for Bellator MMA and Legacy FC, where he was the heavyweight champion. He holds notable victories over Alexander Volkov, Francis Ngannou, Travis Browne, Gabriel Gonzaga, and Roy Nelson. As of May 19, 2020, he is #4 in the UFC heavyweight rankings.
