About Jacoby Jones

JaCoby Mylon Jones (born May 10, 1992) is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Detroit Tigers of Major League Baseball (MLB). Prior to playing professionally, Jones attended Louisiana State University (LSU) and played college baseball for the LSU Tigers. Jones was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the third round of the 2013 MLB draft, and traded to the Tigers in 2015.
Jones made his MLB debut August 30, 2016, for the Detroit Tigers.
