About Kosta Perovic

Kosta Perović (Serbian: Коста Перовић; born February 19, 1985) is a Serbian professional basketball player for Yenisey Krasnoyarsk of the VTB United League. He also represented the Serbian national basketball team internationally. In the 2006 NBA draft he was a second-round selection of the NBA's Golden State Warriors, with whom he signed on August 3, 2007. A 2.18 m (7 ft 2 in) center, Perović was the tallest player taken in the 2006 NBA Draft. His game has been compared to that of Slovenian center Rasho Nesterović.
